How do we use music to connect, destress and enrich ourselves.
In addition, experts from Intempo will help us reflect on what music does for us as individuals, as parents, and as community members. We will also learn why is it so important that music education is available to all in Fairfield County. Not only will this experience address the many roles music can play in our lives, but it will also include a demonstration of how we can use music to relax our minds and bodies.
